Job Description
Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a Credit Note and POD Administrator for a well-known Liquor Distributing company based in the Western Cape.
Responsibilities
- Debrief – Own Drivers and external service providers
- Credit notes / Sales Return Orders (SROs)
- PODs – proof of delivery and reporting (non electronic PODs)
- Invoice delivery status report:
- Ensure that all completed deliveries have a valid ePOD
- Investigate and resolve all queries and request regarding credit notes and PODs from either internal or external sources
- Assist Credit note and POD Supervisor from time to time on an adhoc basis as required
- Ensure month end procedures are completed before inventory period is closed off
- Ensure that all filing of credit notes and PODs are actioned daily in numeric filing order
Requirements - Grade 12
- Communication skills – written & verbal
- Computer literacy
- Customer relationship skills
