Job Description

Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a Credit Note and POD Administrator for a well-known Liquor Distributing company based in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities

  • Debrief – Own Drivers and external service providers
  • Credit notes / Sales Return Orders (SROs)
  • PODs – proof of delivery and reporting (non electronic PODs)
  • Invoice delivery status report:
  • Ensure that all completed deliveries have a valid ePOD
  • Investigate and resolve all queries and request regarding credit notes and PODs from either internal or external sources
  • Assist Credit note and POD Supervisor from time to time on an adhoc basis as required
  • Ensure month end procedures are completed before inventory period is closed off
  • Ensure that all filing of credit notes and PODs are actioned daily in numeric filing order

    Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Communication skills – written & verbal
  • Computer literacy
  • Customer relationship skills
